Opened back in 1968, Churrería Manuel San Román in Barcelona has been ran by Manuel San Román who has been making xurros for 55 years and is widely acknowledged to be one of the city’s masters of this craft.
We ordered the Churros con Chocolat. The Churros was freshly made to order. It was perfectly crispy outside and moist and fluffy on the inside just how I love my churros. The chocolat is rich as what you would expect from Spanish chocolat. The perfect breakfast with a side of Cappuccino! ❤️
This is a definitely a place you must add in your food trip list when visiting Barcelona!
