Sushi Mon in Las Vegas is my favorite Japanese Sushi all-you-can-eat restaurant! It’s always a must visit for me when I travel to Vegas. They have so many variations of sushi and rolls, and all are made fresh and delicious – amazing quality. It is a setback that they don’t offer sashimi, but what I find good is they don’t really put that much rice like most places trying to fill you up.
Another reason I love this place is they have the higher end items as part of the all-you-can-eat like hamachi, uni, scallop, softshell crab. They also have seasonal fishes as part of the daily special. In the few times I went, they were serving: negitoro, conch, hamachi belly, salmon belly, tobiko, otoro, and more.
