Whenever I visit Las Vegas, I make a stop at Sushi Mon, one of the best Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas for all-you-can-eat sushi! Once you eat here, it’s hard to go to any other AYCE Japanese in Las Vegas.
Sushi Mon is my favorite for Japanese AYCE because they have so many variations of sushi and rolls, all of which are made fresh and delicious! Amazing quality despite being all-you-can-eat.
They have two locations, both of which are Off the Strip in Las Vegas: Silverado Ranch Center (the original one that I frequent) and on Sahara Avenue.

The only setback I find about Sushi Mon is that that they don’t offer sashimi. As a compromise, I find they don’t really put that much rice in their sushi like most places trying to fill you up.
Another reason I love Sushi Mon is they have higher-end items as part of the all-you-can-eat like hamachi, uni, scallop and softshell crab. You usually won’t find this in Japanese AYCE!
They also serves seasonal fishes as part of the daily specials. In the times I went, they were serving: negi-toro, uni, otoro, conch, hamachi belly, salmon belly, tobiko, and more.
Those fishes are typically quite expensive ala carte in other Japanese restaurants but you can try them at Sushi Mon, either in limited pieces per person or all-you-can-eat.

Isn’t that menu crazy? Now you know why Sushi Mon is one of the best places for sushi in Las Vegas. You’ll usually see me visiting at least once whenever I’m in Vegas.
